Marymount University's 21-acre Arlington Campus is situated on a beautifully landscaped estate formerly the home of Admiral Presley Marion Rixey, who served as the Naval Surgeon General and personal physician to Presidents Theodore Roosevelt and William McKinley. Only 6 miles from Washington, D.C. the campus is easy to get to via car, bus, train, and plane.
We play as hard as we work, and Marymount affords campers lots of options to Get Unplugged for the complete summer camp experience. With 2 gyms and a practice field for indoor and outdoor recreational games including kickball, ultimate frisbee, soccer and LARPing.
Mealtimes offer something for everyone, including diners with allergies or dietary restrictions. Selections include made-to-order dishes; salad, smoothie, waffle and dessert bars; vegan and vegetarian dishes; halal selections, gluten-free and allergen-aware dishes; and campus-grown greens and produce.
Overnight campers are grouped by age/gender and live with counselors in air-conditioned suite-style residences with shared bathrooms.
Emagination STEM Camps are not owned, operated, or sponsored by Marymount University.
